Norada Real Estate provides investors with a free 90-day rent guarantee on all the properties we offer through our network.  This is simply another valuable service we provide our network.

With our 90-day rent guarantee, you can invest with confidence and be assured that your property is leased as soon as possible.

Here is how our rent guarantee works:

• Our rent guarantee covers your property for up to three months.
• Applies to any vacancy after 30-days from close of escrow.
• Covers up to $1,000 of rent per unit (prorated daily).
• Paid directly to the owner of record each month.
• Paid monthly for the previous month's vacancy.

* Property must be managed by one of Norada's partner property managers.
