Galveston, Texas is a beach town that has been overshadowed by much larger cities like Houston. Yet it is much more affordable than other Gulf Coast cities. Galveston is know as one of Texas' top tourist destinations. It is a coastal resort city with sandy beaches and a rich cultural heritage. In this blog, our focus will be on the Galveston real estate market trends and investment opportunities in 2020.

The Galveston's tourism sector is a major contributor to the local local economy bringing in millions of dollars every year. The city of Galveston is home to less than a hundred thousand people. However, the Houston metro area has expanded so that its suburbs like Sugarland are part of the larger metro area. Today, Galveston Bay is encompassed by Greater Houston.

If you’ve heard of Green Bay, it was probably because of the Green Bay Packers football team. Many people don’t even know that Green Bay is located in Wisconsin. It is overshadowed by larger cities like Milwaukee. However, that creates a significant opportunity in this city by the bay. Financing turnkey rental properties is the most difficult question to solve for a buyer with no experience in the real estate market. We all know that in a real estate investment “cash-is-king.” But, if an investor does not have that much cash in hand, finance is definitely required to meet the purchase price of an investment property.

There are many options available to finance turnkey rental properties. Among them non-recourse loans, hard money loans, and private loans are mostly popular. In conventional mortgage, the down payment is smallest and the rate of interest is also lower. In case of Non-Recourse Loan the investor puts an asset forward. In this article, our focus would be to discuss the various means of financing a turnkey rental property.
